Medatative Yoga workshop series will begin in April.
This class will be offered on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m.
Medatative yoga combines the strengths of Hatha Yoga (physical disipline) and the more subtle layers of Raja Yoga (inward focus). Connect deeply to the feeling center of your being.

Intro to Yoga and Intro to Zumba workshops are offered quarterly. This is a great way to lay the foundation and help you feel comfortable and confident to attend a class.
