  DROP  INS  ARE ALWAYS  WELCOME!

   Yoga Classes are only:

 $12.00 per class /$10.00 flex pass

or

 $65.00 per month unlimited classes

(unlimited Yoga classes including Chair, Gentle,Hatha and Vinasa for 1 calendar month)

 

Chair Yoga $7.00 drop-in / $5.00 (flex pass)

 

Flex Pass - $50.00 is good for three months and allows you to attend 5 yoga classes or 10 Chair Yoga/Zumba classes. Any combination of classes is allowed

 

Unlimited Yoga & Zumba or Belly Dance is $75.00/calender month

Unlimited Yoga, Zumba & Belly Dance is $85.00/calender month

 

 

 Chair Yoga is slow paced and allows for the use of chairs as well as other props to assist with the yoga poses.  If you have balance or mobility challenges this class is for you. This one hour class is excellent for seniors or fibromyalgia suffers.

 

  Gentle Yoga is geared toward the beginner or slower paced yoga student. If you are new to yoga this class will help you get your bearings. All fitness levels are welcome. All yoga students can use this class to strengthen thei foundation.

 

  Hatha is designed with the fundamental poses of yoga in mind. It is appropriate for most beginners through advanced students. This class allows the newer student to learn the variety of poses and their benefits. For the more experienced student, this class allows you to focus on your form and to deepen your poses.

 

  Vinyasa is a dynamic flow class. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and offer a challenge. It is appropriate for intermediate and advanced yoga students and the athletic beginner.
